Terms of use
These terms say who is responsible for what when a restaurant uses iOrdly. They apply from 4 October 2026. They do not remove rights that the law does not allow to be waived, including rights under the GDPR.

The service
iOrdly is a tool for table orders: menu, QR, cart, kitchen, staff confirmations, and optional connections to another system. The site owner provides the tool. The restaurant decides its menu, prices, hours, and how it serves guests.
Free for the first six months
Use of this site is free from 4 October 2026 through 4 April 2027. The site owner will not send an invoice in that window. After 4 April 2027 the site owner will review the service and decide whether it stays free or a price begins. Shops will be told before any charge starts. Stopping at the end of the free window, or continuing only if a later price is accepted, is each shop's choice.
The restaurant
The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of its menu and prices, for the food and drinks it serves, for what its staff and kitchen do in the app, and for the personal data it collects from guests. A guest's order is a matter between the guest and that restaurant.
The site owner
The site owner is responsible for running this iOrdly site with reasonable care and for the protections described on the privacy page. The owner does not promise that the site will be available every minute. The owner is not responsible for a restaurant's own prices, a missed dish, a partner system the shop chose to connect, or an outage of Google, Facebook, or the browser's notification service, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Accounts and acceptable use
Sign in with your own Google or Facebook account. Do not share a staff login, probe another shop's data, or send orders you are not allowed to send. The site owner may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts other people's data at risk, and will say why when it is safe to do so.
Changes
The site owner may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change, and a change that adds a fee will be sent to shops before that fee starts. Continuing to use the site after the date on this page means you accept the terms then in force. If you do not accept them, stop using the site and write to the address below about your account.
